  2. Click on the order you have placed for the order status
  3. For more efficient support, contact us or call us at any time.

  4. If you're awaiting a dispatched order and are uncertain about its whereabouts, you can find the status by following above steps or use the chat button on bottom right to chat to our representative. or give us a call us we are happy to help! 

  5. If you wish to return an item, please confirm first that you've received it. If it hasn't been delivered yet, kindly file a "Return Or Exchange" request after receiving the package.

  6. Once your ticket is submitted, expect a response from our Customer Service team within one business day. You'll receive this response with 12hrs by email or your phone number provided.

  7. If you can't find a relevant order, refer to Contact us, Chat to speak our live agents or simply drop an email we will respond with 12hrs.
